Terms of Service
Logamail Terms of Service
Last updated January 2026.
These terms govern access to Logamail business email services, including custom-domain mailbox setup, AI-assisted workflow features, account administration, migration support, sending tools, and related support.
Accounts and Authority
Customers are responsible for ensuring that account administrators are authorized to manage the domain, create mailboxes, approve DNS changes, request migration, and make billing or support decisions for the business.
Domain Setup
Customers must provide accurate domain and DNS information. Mail delivery may not work until required records are added, propagated, and verified. Changes made at a domain registrar or DNS provider remain the customer's responsibility.
Acceptable Use
Logamail may not be used for spam, phishing, malware, impersonation, unlawful content, harassment, or attempts to bypass sending controls. Campaign-style sending must include accurate sender identity and appropriate unsubscribe handling.
Migration
Customers requesting migration must provide correct source-provider settings, credentials, destination mailboxes, and timing requirements. Some folders, messages, attachments, or deleted items may not migrate depending on provider access and mailbox state.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for account credentials, domain registrar access, mailbox user behavior, recipient lists, message content, and compliance with laws that apply to their business communications.
Service Changes
Logamail may update features, plans, support processes, and technical requirements as needed to maintain reliable business email operations. Material changes should be communicated through reasonable service channels.
Support
Support requests should include the domain, affected mailbox, sender, recipient, timestamp, error message, and recent DNS or account changes when available. Contact support@logamail.com for assistance.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Logamail is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from email delivery delays, domain misconfiguration, customer content, third-party provider issues, or unauthorized account access caused by customer-controlled credentials.
