Note: Sometimes, this issue can be solved by restarting your computer. Make sure that you do so before proceeding to the steps below.
If Logamail Go doesn’t display inline underlines in your text, follow these steps:
- Restart Logamail Go:

Click the Logamail Go icon in the system tray and choose Quit Logamail Go:
- Click Type here to search next to the Start menu, type in “Logamail,” and launch the Logamail Go app. Alternatively, double-click the Logamail Go shortcut on your desktop or taskbar.

- Restart the app or refresh the website where you are editing your text.
- Reinstall Logamail Go as described in this article: How do I reinstall Logamail Go for Windows or Logamail Go for Mac?
- If none of the above helps, please contact Support. To expedite the resolution of the issue, we recommend that you retrieve and attach the Logamail Go for Windows logs and a video recording of the retrieval process.
If you can’t find the Logamail Go tab when hovering over the right edge of your screen, click the Logamail Go icon in the menu bar and check whether you have the option to Turn on Logamail Go tab:
The Logamail Go tab is only available when Logamail’s generative AI assistance is turned on for your account. You can turn on generative AI features in the Feature customization panel of your account settings.
If you don’t see underlines or can’t use Logamail Go in a particular application or website, we recommend that you follow the instructions below:
- Check if Logamail Go is turned off for any websites or apps:

Click on the Logamail Go icon in the menu bar at the top of your screen and select Settings:
If there’s no Logamail Go icon in the menu bar, open Launchpad or Apps and select Logamail Go.
- Select the Block List tab. If Logamail Go is deactivated for certain websites or apps, the list of those websites and apps will appear under Blocked by you or Blocked by admin.

- Restart Logamail Go:
- Click on the Logamail Go icon in the menu bar at the top of your screen and select Quit Logamail Go.
- Open Launchpad or Apps and select Logamail Go. Alternatively, open Finder, select Applications in the sidebar, and double-click Logamail Go.
- Restart the app or refresh the website where you are editing your text.
