How do I reinstall Logamail Go for Windows or Logamail Go for Mac?

1. Click the Logamail icon in the system tray and select Open Logamail:

   

2. In the window that appears, click on the three-dot icon (···) next to Logamail Go and select Uninstall.
   • Alternatively, right-click the Start button and select Apps and Features. Click on Logamail Go for Windows and select Uninstall.

   • If you use Windows 11, right-click the Start button and select Installed Apps. Then, find Logamail Go for Windows, click on the three-dot icon (···), and select Uninstall:

     

3. In the Logamail Apps Manager, click Install next to Logamail Go to reinstall it:

   

4. Once the installation is complete, click Sign in to Logamail Go and enter your login credentials. 

If you’re on macOS 12 Monterey or later, follow these steps:

1. Click the Logamail icon in the menu bar and select Open Logamail:

   

2. In the window that appears, click on the three-dot icon (···) next to Logamail Go and select Uninstall.
   • Alternatively, go to Finder → Applications, find Logamail Go in the application list, and move it to Trash (or Bin).
   • If you can’t locate Logamail Go in the Applications folder or don’t have administrative permissions, follow these steps:
     1. Open Finder.
     2. Press Command + Shift + G.
     3. Paste ~/Applications and press Enter.
     4. Find Logamail Go in the list and move it to Trash (or Bin).

3. In the Logamail Apps Manager, click Install next to Logamail Go to reinstall it:

   

4. Once the installation is complete, click Sign in to Logamail Go and enter your login credentials.

If you’re on macOS 11 Big Sur, follow these steps instead:

1. Click the Logamail icon in the menu bar and select Quit.
2. Go to Finder → Applications, find Logamail Go in the application list, and move it to Trash (or Bin).
3. Click this link to download the installer: Download Logamail Go for Mac
4. After the file is downloaded, locate it on your computer, double-click it, and follow the on-screen instructions to install Logamail Go for Mac.
5. Once the installation is complete, click Sign in to Logamail Go and enter your login credentials.
