What happens with my existing Grammarly subscription?
We don’t currently provide automatic access to the Logamail suite to existing customers.
If you are an existing Grammarly customer, your subscription and billing amount will remain the same. We don’t currently offer discounts or free trials for the Logamail suite. The good news is that with the Logamail suite, you unlock all of Logamail for less than the cost of buying everything separately. How can I upgrade my existing Grammarly subscription to a Logamail plan?
If you are a Grammarly Pro customer, you can unlock the Logamail suite by signing in at logamail.com. Access for other Grammarly subscribers is currently unavailable—please contact Support to explore alternative options.
Can I upgrade my existing Logamail Pro subscription to Logamail Business?
If you are a Logamail Pro customer, you can upgrade to Logamail Business by signing in at logamail.com/plans. You can upgrade to Logamail Business only for a subscription period that is the same or longer than your current one. Switching to a shorter subscription period isn’t currently supported. During the upgrade, your payment method on file will be charged the prorated difference. You’ll see the exact amount due before completing the purchase.
I’m trying to upgrade to Logamail Pro or Logamail Business, but I get the message “Sorry, we’re unable to complete your purchase at this time.”
This may happen if you have an existing Grammarly or Logamail Mail subscription. Unfortunately, the Logamail suite is not yet available to existing customers, but we’re working hard to make it happen.
I’m trying to upgrade to Logamail Business, but I get the message “Sorry, but your current plan is not eligible for an upgrade to Business.”
You may encounter this error if you’re currently on a discounted Pro subscription and attempt to upgrade to Logamail Business. Please contact Support for assistance.
Can I move my existing Mail subscription to the Logamail suite?
You can convert your Mail subscription to a Logamail Business plan at logamail.com/plans.
If you have an individual Mail subscription, you will be charged the full amount for your new Logamail Business plan and receive a prorated refund for the unused period of your Mail subscription. Your Mail settings and data will remain intact. Any existing Mail discounts or credits won’t apply to your new plan.
If you are the admin of an active team Mail subscription, your upgrade cost depends on your chosen Logamail Business plan (monthly or annual). You may switch at no extra cost, or be charged a prorated difference. You’ll see the exact amount before confirming your purchase.
Note: Make sure to use the same email address that’s associated with your Mail subscription. If you purchase the Logamail Business plan using a different email address, you will continue to be billed for Mail separately. As a current Mail customer, you can only convert your Mail subscription to a Logamail Business plan.

Can I move my existing Coda Pro or Coda Team plan to the Logamail suite?
You can convert your active subscription to a Logamail plan at logamail.com/plans.
Your upgrade cost depends on the plan you choose. You may switch at no extra cost, or be charged a prorated difference for the remaining time in your billing cycle. You’ll see the exact amount before confirming your purchase.
If you have multiple workspaces, you will be prompted to select the one you’d like to upgrade. Unfortunately, we don’t allow upgrading several workspaces at this time.
If you’re on a Coda Team plan, you’ll only be eligible to upgrade to a Logamail Business plan. Coda Pro customers can choose whether to upgrade to Logamail Pro or Logamail Business.
You can convert only for a subscription period that is the same or longer than your current one. Switching to a shorter subscription period isn’t currently supported.
Note: Conversion isn’t available if your current subscription includes add-ons or packs, has a remaining balance or credits, is on a free plan or trial, or is on a discounted price.

Can I purchase individual products separately?
While the Logamail suite brings these products together, Grammarly, Docs, and Logamail Mail will remain available as standalone products for customers who prefer to use them individually.

I purchased the Logamail Business suite with an email address separate from my Mail subscription. Now I’m being double-charged.
If you purchased the Logamail Business suite while you already had an existing Mail subscription, please contact Support so we can offer ways to keep your access to Grammarly, Docs, and Logamail Go via the Logamail suite without being double-billed for Mail.
Alternatively, if you have an individual Mail subscription, you can cancel it by hitting Cmd+K or Ctrl+K → Billing. We do not recommend this option if you have a team subscription to Mail because your previous team data and settings will not transfer to your Logamail account.
